DESCRIPTION:
The CENTRAL SEMICONDUCTOR CEDM8001 is
a P-Channel Enhancement-mode silicon MOSFET,
manufactured by the P-Channel DMOS Process,
designed for high speed pulsed amplifier and driver
applications. This MOSFET offers low rDS(ON) and low
theshold voltage.
