at high speed, with low current consumption and the wide range
operation. The S-25C010A/020A/040A respectively has the
capacity of 1K-bit, 2K-bit, 4K-bit and the organization of 128
words

8-bit, 256 words

8-bit, 512 words
×
8-bit. These ICs are
able to Page Write and sequential read.
