DESCRIPTION:
The CENTRAL SEMICONDUCTOR CMUT3904,
CMUT3906 types are complementary silicon transistors
manufactured by the epitaxial planar process, epoxy
molded in an ULTRAmini™ surface mount package,
designed for small signal general purpose amplifier and
switching applications.
