Description
Plessey PLWV1070 white LED chip is a breakthrough for the solid-state lighting market.
The white LED chip is package-free, utilizing phosphor-on-die technology, to enable
new solid-state lighting form-factors free from the restrictions of existing packages. The
light is emitted from the top surface only and close to a Lambertian distribution. The
active die construction utilizes a Cu alloy substrate to optimize the thermal
management. The white LED chips are supplied on a blue tape in single intensity and
colour bin, to provide close uniformity.
