Shock-proof Memory Controller for Video CD Players
Overview
The SM5906AF is a shock-proof memory controller
LSI for video CD players. The operating mode can
be set to CD-DA mode, V-CD mode, or Super V-CD
mode, and external memory can be selected from 2
options (4M, 16M). It operates from a 2.7 to 3.6 V
supply voltage range.
