(Low Profile)
General Description
The SM532256LP is a high performance, 1-megabyte
dynamic RAM module organized as 256K words by 32
bits, in a 72-pin, leadless, SIMM package.
The module utilizes two CMOS 256Kx16 dynamic RAMs
in surface mount package on an epoxy laminate substrate.
Each device is accompanied by a decoupling capacitor for
improved noise immunity.
Control lines are so provided that byte control is possible.
