General Description
The UG532W664(8)4HK(S)G is a 33,554,432 bits by
64 EDO DRAM module . The UG532W664(8)4HK(S)G
is assembled using 32 pcs of 16Mx4 4K\8K refresh
DRAMs in 32-pin SOJ/TSOP package,and one 1k\2k
EEPROM for SPD in 8-pin SOP package mounted on
a 168-pin unbuffered printed circuit board.

Single 3.3V +/- 10% power supply
Hyper Page Mode (EDO) operation
CAS-before-RAS Refresh capability
4096 \ 8192 refresh cycles every 64 \ 128 ms
12/12 \ 13/11 Addressing (Row / Column)
LVTTL compatible inputs and output
Serial PD with EEPROM
New JEDEC standard without buffer
PCB:Height (1600mil), double sided component
