Descriptions
The DIO7527 is a current limited P-channel
MOSFET power switch, which designed for high
side load switch applications.
An open-drain flag output is also available to
indicate fault condition, including over current,
thermal
shutdown,
input
UVLO
and
output
reverse-voltage condition.
