Cottontips
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The
Cottontips Swab
consists of cotton fibers
which are tightly wrapped around a wooden
handle. Because of the tightly wrapped head,
there is very little linting. These swabs have
excellent absorbency, as well as high strength
especially when saturated with water. This swab
is designed for cleaning applications where
absorbency is critical.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS
The
Cottontips Swab
can be used to:
Clean equipment and machinery, especially
in small crevices or openings
Remove flux residues from PCBs
Apply adhesives or cleaning fluids
Absorb liquid chemical residues
COMPATIBILITY
Cottontips Swabs
are compatible with most
common solvents such as isopropyl alcohol,
methanol, and ketones such as acetone. The
cotton head is also compatible with bases and
weak or dilute acids.
