For tapes with 3" Cores

For tapes up to 2" wide

Groundable chassis with cord

Use for dispensing low charging anti-static tape in ESD

protected areas. Per ANSI/ESD S20.20, all conductors in an

ESD protected area are to be grounded. Attach cord to snap on

chassis and to common point ground to ground tape dispenser.

Note:

The Tape Dispenser’s reel is insulative reel. Tribocharging, the

generation of electrostatic charges is caused by the contact and separation of

surfaces. Therefore, it was determined that the cost of making a dissipative

reel would add no valuse to the customer. The function of the insulative

portion of the reel does not make contact and separation. The path-to-ground

is via the Tape’s adhesive and the Dispenser’s serrated cutting blade.
