The TMX capacitor is a module consist-
ing of several TXT (M39006/25) wet slug,
all-tantalum units wired in parallel, insu-
lated and mounted in a rectangular metal
case.
The case is potted with a compound that
provides excellent thermal conductivity,
high heat performance, increased shock
resistance and improved coefficient of
thermal expansion.
The assembly leads are brought out
through glass-to-metal hermetic seals on
the cover and the cover is soldered to the
container.
