Series 921 - Economy Single and Dual Row

Squarestix Headers, Straight and Right Angle

FEATURES:

Low-cost headers for programming applications,

wire-to-board interconnects, etc.

End-to-end and side to side stackable.

SPECIFICATIONS:

Body material is black UL 94V-0 glass-filled

Thermoplastic Polyester (PBT).

Contacts are Brass.

Contact plating is either 100m [2.54mm] min. Tin or

3-5m [.08-.13mm] Gold over 35m [.89mm] min. Nickel.

Operating temperature=-67°F to 221°F [-55°C to 105°C].

Current rating=1 Amp.

Contact resistance=30 mOhms max. @ DC 100 mA.

Insulator resistance=1000 MOhms min. @ DC 500 V.

Dielectric withstanding voltage=AC 500 V for 1 min.

MOUNTING CONSIDERATIONS:

Suggested PCB hole size=.045 ± .002 [1.14 ± .05] dia.
