(AST) and flame retarded adhesive
sealing tubing (AST-FR) provide a simple,
positive splice-sealing method that offers
greater protection under adverse
environmental conditions.
Ordering information
Supplied with standard sealant, the
tubing provides waterproofing and
environmental protection in underwater
or underground applications. Supplied
with thermoplastic adhesive, the tubing
not only waterproofs, but also provides
mechanical strain relief. The tubing has
excellent insulating, abrasion-resisting
and strain-relief properties.
