PT6608
PT6608 is a 64 -channel segment driver for dot matrix liquid crystal graphic display system. It utilizes CMOS
Technology and provides display RAM, 64-bit data latch, 64 bit drivers and decoder logics. It features the
internal display RAM used as storage for the display data which are transferred from an 8-bit microcontroller.
It generates the dot matrix liquid crystal driving signals corresponding to the given stored data. Paired with
PT6607 (Common Driver IC), PT6608’s pin assignments and application circuit are optimized for easier PCB
Layout and cost saving advantages.
