The Terminals and Splices products are available as rings, spades, flanged spaded, slotted rings, splices and several other varieties.

SOLISTRAND terminals and splices are especially designed to terminate solid and stranded wire, irregular shaped conductors, and combinations

of these, while still retaining the superior performance characteristics of single purpose terminals and splices. PIDG products are a pre-insulated

terminal designed for complete and uniform reliability in the most difficult circuit environments and consist of tin plated copper or tin plated

phosphor bronze body for spring spades with a copper sleeve and insulation sleeve fitted over terminal barrel. Pre-insulated PLASTI-GRIP

solderless terminals and splices are designed specifically to answer the need for inexpensive, insulated electrical terminations. The quality

performance, the facility of installation and the inherent simplicity make them ideal for many industrial applications.

Features and Benefits

• Brazed seam for uniform metal strength around the entire barrel area

• Brazed seam also prevents pinched wires

• "W" crimp provides excellent electrical performance and higher tensile strength

• Dimples or serrations inside the wire barrel provide optimum tensile strength and maximum electrical contact area after crimping

• Bell mouth on barrel entrance makes insertion of wires easier

• Product is rated for 170 degrees C maximum
