Power Chip Inductors - 0603PS Series
The 0603PS is Coilcraft’s smallest shielded inductor. It’s
ideal for power conversion applications where high
inductance, low DC resistance and electromagnetic
shielding are required.
Due to its simple wirewound construction, the 0603PS is
an especially attractive low cost alternative to larger,
more expensive shielded power inductors.
The ferrite body and shield permit very high inductance
ratings for a part this small: up to 47 µH. They also
minimize DC resistance and allow these ultra-small
parts to carry up to half an Amp!

B= Less than full reel
Not machine-ready. The carrier
tape may not be a single continuous length. To have
a leader and trailer added ($25 charge), use code
letter C instead.
D= 13” machine-ready reel
EIA RS-481 clear plastic
tape. Factory order only, not stocked. 7500 per reel.
2. Inductance measured at 100 kHz, 0.1 Vrms, using Coilcraft SMD-A fixture in
Agilent/HP 4263B impedance analyzer with Coilcraft-provided correlation
pieces. For recommended test procedures, contact Coilcraft.
3. Q measured on Agilent/HP4291 with Agilent/HP16193 test fixture.
4. DCR measured on micro-ohmmeter and Coilcraft CCF 840 test fixture.
5. SRF measured using Agilent/HP8753D network analyzer and Coilcraft
SMD-D test fixture.
6. Inductance drop = 10% typ. at rated
Isat.
7. Operating temperature range -40° C to +85° C.
8. Electrical specifications at 25° C.
