ESCRIPTION
The 843081I-01 is an Ethernet Clock Multiplier. The 843081I-01
accepts a crystal reference of 19.6MHz - 28MHz. The 843081I-
01 has excellent 1ps or lower phase jitter performance, over
the 1.875MHz - 20MHz integration range. The 843081I-01 is
packaged in a small 8-pin TSSOP, making it ideal for use in
systems with limited board space.

VCO range: 490MHz - 700MHz

RMS phase jitter @ 625MHz using a 25MHz reference
(1.875MHz - 20MHz): 0.32ps (typical)
•
3.3V or 2.5V operating supply
•
-40°C to 85°C ambient operating temperature
•
Available in lead-free RoHS compliant package
•

Negative supply pin.
Output enable pin. When HIGH, Q output is enabled.

Differential clock outputs. LVPECL interface levels.
Core supply pin.
