DESCRIPTION:
The CENTRAL SEMICONDUCTOR CZT3904 and
CZT3906 are complementary silicon transistors
manufactured by the epitaxial planar process, epoxy
molded in a surface mount package, designed for small
signal general purpose and switching applications.
