DESCRIPTION
The BTW 69 (N) Family of Silicon Controlled Recti-
fiers uses a high performance glass passivated
technology.
This general purpose Family of Silicon Controlled
Rectifiers is designed for power supplies up to
400Hz on resistive or inductive load.
