概述
ADP2325是一款功½全面的双通道降压DC-DC调节器,采
用电流模式架构。ADP2325集成两个高端功率MOSFET开
关和两个½端驱动器,可控制外部N沟道MOSFET。采用
两个脉冲½度调制(PWM)通道,提供5
A双路输出,或10 A
单路交错式输出。支持4.5
V至20 V输入电源电压范围,输
出电压可½至0.6
V。
开关频率可设½,范围介于250
kHz至1.2 MHz之间,或与
外部时钟同步,将多½应用的干扰降至最½。PWM双通
道180°错相工½,因此½降½输入电流纹波,并减小输入
电容的尺寸。
双向同步引脚可配½为60°、90°或120°相移,以提供堆叠
式多相功率解决方案。
