概述
ADP2323是一款功½全面的双通道降压DC-DC调节器,采
用电流模式架构。ADP2323集成两个高端功率MOSFET开
关和两个½端驱动器,可控制外部的N沟道MOSFET。采
用两个脉冲½度调制(PWM)通道,提供3
A双路输出,或6 A
单路交错式输出。支持4.5
V至20 V输入电源电压范围,输
出电压可½至0.6
V。
开关频率可设½,范围介于250
kHz至1.2 MHz之间,或与
外部时钟同步,将多½应用的干扰降至最½。PWM双通
道180°错相工½,因此½降½输入电流纹波,并减小输入
电容的尺寸。
EFFICIENCY (%)
入和电源良½输出提供可靠的电源时序。为提高系统可靠
性,器件还包括欠压闭锁(UVLO)、过压保护(OVP)、过流
保护(OCP)和热关断(TSD)等特性。
ADP2323在−40°C至+125°C的结温范围内工½,采用32引
脚LFCSP_WQ封装。
