Pulse to change header design and part numbering for open

construction products: modification to the header body not affecting fit

(customer’s board layout) and function (internal assembly and

functionality).

Pulse has designed a new family of parts to replace existing product

families in compliance with Permanent Injunction 2:07-cv-00331-PMP-

PAL.

In the near future, Pulse expects to issue an End-of-Life (EOL) for the

original family of part numbers.
