Bel Stewart Connector’s MRJ21
cable assembly products are designed to support increased patch panel density in
telecom and premise wiring applications. This modular cabling platform supports network applications such as Gigabit Ethernet, Voice
over Internet Protocol (VoIP), and Power over Ethernet (PoE). Cable connection options include left or right 45 degree angle, or 180
degree straight cable exit to facilitate various routing schemes to component racks. In addition, these cable assemblies allow a connection
migration path from legacy products including punch down blocks, modular plug breakouts, and standard RJ21 to MRJ21 assemblies.
Designed with a die cast backshell for shielded applications, Bel Stewart’s MRJ21 cable assemblies are durability tested to 500 cycles to
ensure unsurpassed quality and performance. Jackscrews provide a secure cable connection while the robust boardlock design allows superior

Bel Stewart Connector’s MRJ21 48–port straight patch panels
are designed to be mounted onto a standard
483–mm [19–in.] Electronic Industries Alliance (EIA) rack or equipment cabinet. The Bel Stewart patch panels are available in both 2 pair and
4 pair configurations. The 2 pair option supports speed at 10Base-T and 100 Base-T while the four pair configuration supports higher speeds
at 1000 Base-T.
The core of the system is the innovative MRJ21 high density and high performance connector. It integrates reliable connections for up to 6
GigaBit Ethernet (1000Base-T) Channels in one plug & go interface and is therefore supporting fastest installation and highest flexibility.
The shielded MRJ21 Trunk Cables are completely pre-terminated and factory tested, eliminating the need for testing after installation. The Trunk
Cables interconnect a wide range of shielded MRJ21 Patch Panels, which are available in highest density up to 48 RJ45 Port on 1U. The Panels integrate in the rear side the
MRJ21 receptacles and to the front RJ45 interfaces compliant with the latest revisions of the international standards like ISO/IEC 11801, EN 50173 and EIA/TIA 568.
