Product Description
The RF6505 integrates a complete solution in a single Front End Module (FEM) for
WiFi and ZigBee applications in the 2.4GHz to 2.5GHz band. This FEM integrates a
balun, TX/RX switch, power amplifier, harmonic filter, DP2T switch, and low noise
amplifier with bypass mode. It provides a single balanced TDD access for Rx and Tx
paths along with two ports on the output for connecting a diversity solution or a test
port. The device is provided in a 3.5mm x 3.5mm x 0.5mm, 20-pin QFN package.

Description
Differential RF input for PA (TX_Mode) and output for LNA (RX_Mode) internally matched to 100Ω.
Ground.

Voltage supply for VCC Bias. An external 0.1uF capacitor might be needed for low frequency decoupling.
