DESCRIPTION:
The CENTRAL SEMICONDUCTOR CYT4033D type
consists of two (2) isolated PNP silicon transistors
packaged in an epoxy molded SOT-228 surface mount
case. This SUPERmini™ device is manufactured by
the epitaxial planar process.
