MITEQ’s AR model series offers state-of-the-art low-noise amplifiers integrated with ultra-small image rejec-
tion mixers to provide a complete receiver front-end assembly. Standard units are aligned for operation with
the LO frequency less than the desired RF. For LO > RF, add suffix L to the end of the part number. For
operation with the LO above or below the RF (i.e., 2 output ports), and suffix B to the end of the part num-
ber (image rejection degrades by 2 dB). Special units are available in phase and amplitude matched sets
with optional RF limiter protection for the LNAs.
