The PE1521 low noise amplifier is designed for
applications within the 2 to 6 GHz frequency range.
High efficiency operation is achieved by using low-
noise GaAs PHEMT devices. This amplifier is a cost
effective solution that offers typical performance of 25
dB gain, 0.5 dB gain flatness and a 3 dB noise figure.
