NR301E, NR302A
Description
NR301E and NR302A are linear regulator ICs whose
maximum output current is 1 A. Output voltage is
adjusted by external resistors. The IC uses the 8 pin
surface mount package with exposed thermal pad.
The IC has various functions including the Output
On/Off Function, the Overcurrent Protection and the
Thermal Shutdown, and achieves a linear regulator
circuit with few external components. In addition, stable
output voltage with ceramic capacitor reduces the
mounting area compared to using electrolytic capacitors.
