standards. To ensure that commitment, Mindspeed from time to time must evaluate the features and cost effectiveness of

its current product lines to ensure that the above goals can be met. It has been determined that the below parts will be

discontinued effective immediately.

Mindspeed intends to honor the standard warranty obligation for this product when ordered and delivered in accordance

with the following date:

Distributor Final Return Date

This is the last day for distributors to return the inventory. Inventory purchased on or after 03/15/2007 cannot be returned.

Orders are non-canceleable and non-refundable.The parts will be discontinued effective 03/15/2007 immediately.

Last Order Date

Please assess your product needs and place a last time buy no later than 03/15/2007

Final Ship Date

This is the final ship date. Order placed in compliance with above dates must be scheduled for delivery from mindspeed prior

to 09/15/2007
