DESCRIPTION:
The CENTRAL SEMICONDUCTOR CMSH2-40FL is
an extremely efficient silicon Schottky rectifier with low
total conduction losses packaged in the low profile
SMAFL case. The SMAFL fits on existing industry
standard SMA mounting pad layouts.
