NVE’s IL200V/IL700V family of high isolation voltage digital isolators
are CMOS devices manufactured with NVE’s patented* IsoLoop
®
spintronic Giant Magnetoresistive (GMR) technology.
IL200/IL700 isolators are inherently low in EMI emissions with no carrier
or clocks.
A unique ceramic/polymer composite barrier provides excellent isolation
and virtually unlimited barrier life.
The parts use NVE’s unique JEDEC-compliant 16 pin package with
True 8 mm creepage under IEC 60601.
