Dual 4-Input AND Gate
The IN74HCT21A is high-speed Si-gate CMOS device and is pin
compatible with low power Schottky TTL (LSTTL) . The device provide
the Dual 4-input AND function.

Operating Voltage Range: 4.5 to 5.5 V
