MAG3 High Gain
The Mag-Mount antenna is designed for users who like a
center-roof mount antenna but need portability or ex-
treme ease of installation. Roof mounting allows use of
the entire roof as a ground plane, enhancing the
antenna's performance.
The magnet mount antennas use a unique halfwave feed
design. This allows the 3 dBi model to be only 9" tall,
while the 5 dBi model is only 14". The 3 dBi model can
be stored nearly anywhere. The 5 dBi model has a
flexible whip, accommodating many locations.
A powerful magnet holds the antenna securely and the
scratch resistant bases protect the surface. The case of
these antennas are made of polycarbonate. The radia-
tors are made of rust proof 304 stainless steel. These
antennas are tough enough for almost any application.
The mag-mount antennas are connected to the phone or
wireless device by either TNC, Mini-UHF, or SMA con-
nector (please specify). Other connectors are available,
and should be requested at the time of order.
The Magnet mount antenna is available in versions for
Cellular, SMR, GSM, and ISM frequencies. Please
consult table for model and frequency range. For ISM
part 15, special connectors are also available, please
consult factory.
