Insulated Extra Flexible Round Grounding/Power Cables
PowerFlex 1000 is a 1000 Volt version of the popular PowerFlex™ power cable. Jacket material is PVC and
rated 105ºC. PowerFlex 1000 is recognized under UL 10070 (600 Volts) and 10269 (1000 Volts).
Unlike standard cable, PowerFlex 1000 is comprised of high strand-count tinned copper wires.
This high strand-count construction gives PowerFlex 1000 its remarkable flexibility. This construction
also significantly increases cable life and allows PowerFlex 1000 to carry more current than
same gauge conventional cable.
The exceptional flexibility of PowerFlex 1000
can significantly help a power connector “float” in
rack mount applications where standard,
more rigid hook-up wire limits
connector movement.
