DESCRIPTION:
The CENTRAL SEMICONDUCTOR CMXT3946 type is
a dual complementary silicon transistor manufactured
by the epitaxial planar process, epoxy molded in a
SUPERmini™ surface mount package, and designed
for small signal general purpose and switching
applications.
