Description.
Conductor insulation of halogen free TPE-E, separation soft tape, tinned copper
braid, min. coverage 85%, on the signal pair and on the total, EMC 89/336/EC. Sheath of matt
halogen free polyether polyurethane (PUR).
Application.
Designed for brushless motors for heavy duty applications. Completely halogen
free cable, it does not emit halogens in case of fire. Flame resistance degree: UL94 horizontal
flame test, IEC 60332-1. Very good resistance to common chemical agents and oils (UL 1581).
Abrasion resistance and excellent mobile laying behaviour (10 m/s

, 220 m/min).
Max working voltage:
power 600/1000 V, signal 250 V.
Test voltage:
power 4000 V, signal 2000 V.
Note to table:
(a) example: 2 = two wires; 3+1 = three wires + yellow/green earth; s = shielding.
(b) colours: N = black with white numbers or letters; yellow/green earth if present.

Descrizione.
Isolante conduttori in TPE-E senza alogeni, nastro morbido di separazione,
schermo a treccia in rame stagnato, copertura minima 85%, sulla coppia di segnali e sul totale,
EMC 89/336/CE. Guaina in poliuretano (PUR) polietere opaco senza alogeni.
Impiego.
Progettato per motori brushless per applicazioni particolarmente gravose. Interamente
senza alogeni, non emette sostanze corrosive in caso di incendio. Grado di resistenza alla
fiamma: UL94 test fiamma orizzontale, IEC 60332-1. Ottima resistenza agli agenti chimici e agli
idrocarburi comuni (UL1581). Ottimo comportamento in posa mobile (10 m/s
2
, 220 m/min) e
resistenza all’abrasione.
Tensione massima di lavoro:
potenza 600/1000 V, segnale 250 V.
Tensione di prova:
potenza 4000 V, segnale 2000 V.
