VOLTAGE DETECTOR WITH DELAY CIRCUIT
The S-809xxC series is a family of high-precision voltage
detectors, developed using CMOS technology. The detec-
tion voltage is fixed and its accuracy is
±2.0%.
The release signal can be delayed by an external capacitor.
Open-drain (Nch open-drain) output and Push-pull (CMOS
output) are available.
