DESCRIPTION
The FMM381CG and FMM381DG are high speed GaAs 4:1 multiplexer
ICs for multi-gigabit optical communication systems and digital test
instruments. The device is designed for converting 4-bit parallel signals
to serial signal at up to 2.7 GHz. An internal timing generator is provided
for generating internally 1/4 clock signal or receiving an external 1/4
clock signal. The GaAs die is attached into advanced 24-pin
metal/ceramic flat package designed for high speed application.
