T
he PerkinElmer Optoelectronics Model
4110 progressive scan camera achieves
top-of-the-line imaging performance due to
its mega-resolution interline transfer sensor.
Ultra high-resolution images of 1008 (H) x
1018 (V) pixels can be acquired at 30
frames per second. Lightweight and
extremely rugged, the MD4110 is a flexible
and compact camera offering superb
functionality in a wide range of applications
ranging from medical and scientific imaging
to automated inspection and machine
vision.
State-of-the-art electronic design enables
the MD4110 to deliver consistent, reliable
performance while the sturdy metal housing
provides maximum protection in a variety of
harsh environmental and factory floor
conditions.
The MD4110 outputs eight or ten bit digital
images with up to 1024 gray levels per
pixel. Either single frame, continuous
capture, or double frame triggering mode
may be selected, increasing operational
flexibility in a wide range of environments.
Model 4110 also features a built-in
electronic shutter. With exposure times as
short as 127 microseconds, the camera
allows maximum flexibility and performance
when imaging fast-moving objects. A
triggered double exposure mode is also
available, allowing the capture of two
images back to back.
The MD4110 progressive scan camera has
been interfaced to the most popular frame
grabbers on the market, allowing for a
tested “plug and play” solution.
