is an 2000 to 2300
MHz solid state GaAs amplifier designed
for multi-purpose use in various wireless
applications. This module provides +37
dBm of output power at P1dB, and OIP3
of +50 dBm. The gain flatness over the
full band is ± .5 dB. It comes standard in
modular form with four (4) thru-holes for
mounting.
