BATTERY PROTECTION IC FOR 2-SERIAL-CELL PACK
S-8232 Series
The 8232 series is a lithium-ion / lithium-polymer
rechargeable battery protection IC incorporating high-
accuracy voltage detection circuit and delay circuit.
The S-8232 series is suitable for 2-cell serial lithium-ion
/ lithium-polymer battery packs.

Resistor (RCOL) is connected to the Nch transistor although CO pin serves as a CMOS output.
For this, impedance becomes high when outputting “L” from CO pin. Refer to the “
