Over prior decades, Cannon delivered more
than 5 million of our leading CA Bayonet
connectors to the marketplace. Incorporat-
ing a robust design, developed in accor-
dance with the German VG95234
specification, this interconnect is widely
regarded as the most versatile and highest
reliable connector series among MIL-C-5015
and VG95234 connectors worldwide.
The CA Bayonet has a proven bayonet cou-
pling design, enabling easy connection and
disconnection while offering exceptional
vibration resistance and sealing against fluids.
Initially designed for aircraft and airborne
applications, these rugged connectors now
find usage in trucks, off-road vehicles, ships,
earth-moving equipment, telecommunica-
tions equipment, and other rugged outdoor
applications.

Cannon designed insulators are manufactured from high
quality polychloroprene to withstand temperatures from
-55C to +125C (-67F to +257F) and provide sealing in
the unmated condition.

Recognizing the customer driven need for
higher sealing and RoHS compliant platings,
ITT defined the "Blue Generation" with its
revised CA Bayonet connectors. These con-
nectors excel in their harsh environment
performance by exceeding current CA
specifications including the following:

attractive blue/grey metallic finish
Legendary Cannon bayonet coupling design allows for fast and
easy mating and umating. An audible sound and visual indication,
realized by a color marked snap-in position indicator, offer addi-
tional coupling security and vibration resistance up to 20 g`s.
