DESCRIPTION
The TK717XXS type is a bipolar LDO Regulator IC. The
package is SOT23-5.
They can supply 200mA output current
They are designed for portable applications with space
requirements, battery powered system and any electronic
equipment.
They offer low dropout voltage.
The output voltage is internally fixed from 1.5 to 5.0V.
The output short-circuit function works at off times. It is a
unique characteristic by which the residual charge of the
output side capacitor is rapidly discharged.
TK717XXSタイプは、バイポーラ½½和レギュレータICで
す。パッケージはSOT23-5です。
出力電流200mＡを安定に供給できます。
高密度実装を要求される携帯機器、バッテリ½用機器や一般
機器等に最適です。
½い入出力間電圧降下を特長とします。
出力電圧は内部固定で、1.5V
~ 5.0Vで設定可½です。
off時には出力短絡機½が働き、出力側コンデンサの残留電荷
を急速放電させるユニークな特性となっています。
