4-bit single-chip CMOS microcontroller for small-scale control
applications
Overview
The LC65F1156A is a small-scale control application version of Sanyo’s LC6500 series 4-bit
single-chip CMOS microcontrollers. They feature the same basic architecture and instruction set.
Incorporating an 8-bit A/D converter with 8 input channels, this microcontroller is suited for use in
a wide range of applications, from applications with a small number of circuit and controls that
were previously implemented using standard logic to applications with a larger-scale including
home appliances, automotive equipment, communications equipment, office equipment, and audio
equipment such as decks and players. With some exceptions, the LC65F1156A has equivalent
functionality and pin configuration as a mask-ROM version of LC651154/1152 microcontrollers and
is available as an OTP model. With its flash memory self-programming capability, the LC65F1156A
can broaden its applications in new engineering fields.

• Allow selection of options according to the system specifications.
Reset-time output level: The output level of ports C and D can be set to either H- or L-level in 4
bit units.
