CMOS LDO Regulator
1-. DESCRIPTION
The TK631xxH/S is a CMOS LDO regulator. The
packages are the small and thin SON2017-6, and the
extremely versatile SOT23-5.
The IC is designed for portable applications with space
requirements, battery powered system and any electronic
equipment.
The IC does not require a noise-bypass capacitor.
The IC offers high accuracy (±1%) and low dropout
voltage.
The output voltage is internally fixed from 1.5V to 4.2V.
