The CENTRAL SEMICONDUCTOR CMXT3906
type is a dual PNP silicon transistor manufactured
by the epitaxial planar process, epoxy molded in a
SUPERmini™ surface mount package, and designed
for small signal general purpose amplifier and switching
applications.
