Battery Cell Jumper
For Power Distribution / Storage Systems
Our Battery Cell Jumper's superior flexibility makes power
connection in confined space with complex routing possible.
The jumper excels in applications where typical wire fails to
overcome high tolerance for high power – short distance
applications (i.e. battery pack in hybrid vehicle). Its touch proof
overmold design keeps the inside terminal away from foreign
conductive material. The standard overmold material, PVC,
provides moderate protection against oil and chemicals.
Utilizing Amphenol's latest RADSOK technology, our jumper’s
high cycle durability significantly reduces maintenance cost
where power has to be disconnected during service intervals.

• Corrosion resistant coating throughout
• Current Rating: 70A - 300A
• Voltage Rating: 600V
• Low insertion force and high cycle durability
• Optional environmental sealed construction
• Meets or exceed electrical performance of bolt-on
compression lugs
• Latest RADSOK technology – laser welded
hyperbolic grid.
