Industrial PT Series
A low cost MIL-C-26482 intermateable connector series specifically for use with automated
termination equipment.
Modified MIL-C-26482 Shells, Backshells and Accessories.
Dimensions same as for the PT Series on page 424. The shells are aluminum alloy with
cadmium plating and olive drab chromate finish. Three point bayonet coupling. The inserts
are molded from UL approved PPS thermoplastic and are designed for size 20 crimp
contacts (sold separately). Crimp contacts are sold in reels of 7,000 or in quantity specified
strips. The contacts are selectively gold plated, stamped and formed. After crimp to wire,
the contacts are rear insertable into the insert without tools and are front releasable. The
contacts are size 20 and crimp to 20-24 AWG wire. P = Pin contacts, S = Socket contacts.
