Description
The SKY19001-001 is a shunt Single-Pole, Single-Throw (SPST)
switch with an integrated logic and bias block. The device
achieves high linearity and high voltage handling using a 2.85 V
typical supply.
The logic block operates with a 1.8 V high control voltage. The
ultra-low “on” resistance (R
ON
) enables high-Q antenna aperture
tuning and other low-loss tunable matches.
The linearity and voltage handling under high VSWR conditions,
and low voltage supply makes the SKY19001-001 an ideal choice
for antenna tuning applications.
The SKY19001-001 is provided in a compact 10-bump, 1.2 x 1.6
mm Wafer Level Chip Scale Package (WLCSP) that meets
requirements for board-level assembly.
A functional block diagram is shown in Figure 1. The pin
configuration and package are shown in Figure 2. Signal pin
assignments and functional pin descriptions are provided in
Table 1.

Table 6.
