DC/DC CONVERTER（T-78KL SERIES）

DESCRIPTION
◦
LDOs became popular to use wide variety of circuits because easy to
use, however applications that have large difference of input/output
voltage, the following actions may be required to get several hundreds
milli-amperes output current under a restriction of acceptable loss.

Radiation to chassis

Addition of heat sink
◦
Multi use of LDO
In this case, it will be happened not only power loss but also heat and space
issues.
We have developed a DC/DC converter that has both same form factor and
pin configuration to TO-220 size LDO, and higher efficiency to resolve those
issues. This DC/DC converter has realized a 1.5A output level without heat
sink.

have also line up a DC/DC converter module that is 90 deg
bended of its lead.
